This is the famous cycling jersey of the French Z team that was in the peloton in the late 80s and early 90s. This jersey is obviously recognizable by its sponsor which is a brand of children’s clothing.

It is with this blue jersey that Greg Lemond won his 3rd Tour de France in 1990, well helped by his teammates and the strategy of the Z team as teammate Ronan Pensec also held the yellow jersey during the race.
